That was the first impression as well but on further listening it just felt like he's letting the music speak for itself instead of his mad production skills if that makes sense. Especially on those more easy-listening numbers. I thought it reflected some maturity or confidence in letting the music come to the fore. Anyway probably not making sense, just had my first cup of coffee.

Good album...but not as good as chromophobia was. On the other hand its probably better than anything that has been released recently anyway so its another win for the very talented Mr Gui Borrato who along with Guy J is probably my favorite producer at the moment.The Idiots ARE Winning.
