I personally am among the many people that believe that the real reason behind Hamilton's win in his first year was because of that awesome car. You can't win races in a shitty car, just look at Button's last two years in F1.

Mclaren were good last year cos they stole plans from Ferrari, remember the whole Ron Dennis spygate thing last year. (or the year before).

Last year was Hamilton's First year in F1.

But by watching the practice last night. I can see a lot of changes this year.

It's remarkable that a team that was on the brink of folding in the closed season now find themselves on pole for the first race of the season. With the backing of Richard Branson's Virgin empire and Ross Brawn in charge of the team things look very rosy at the moment.

It seem Mclaren's pre qualifying talk of no pace was not mind games after all.

There is no doubt that Brawn have a fantastic car - even with that 'new' diffuser, the arguments of which are now moot IMHO considering that Red Bull are third on the grid minus said similar diffuser.

The challenge for Brawn now is to ensure that the R&D on the car continues for the whole season, especially as all the others are now working flat out no doubt to increase their performances.

Certainly looking forward to the race tomorrow - and it would be grand if Jense can turn the poll into a win!

                        exactly my thoughts.

Being new to the F1 world, I have never heard of Brawn to begin with, so i'm excited to see how thier shit turns out tomorrow.

I watched the Practice session last night and heard them referring to an American team to be unveiled next season... am i right?

                              That certainly is WAY overdo.
