I thought with his top shelf attorney and the circumstantial evidence prosecution, he would walk for sure. When I heard he first called the police and not the hospital when Lacey was missing, I knew he was fucked. His wife was 8 1/2 months pregnant, when he noticed she had been gone for a bit; he should have called the hospital to see if she went into labor or something. GUILTY MOFO!

Forget letting him live, that would be too much of a drain on society's income. He is a cheat and a heartless murderer, thus will not be beneficial to any specie. We should hang this sick fucker in the parking lot of his favorite diner.

so the jury has decided.. what do we think it will be?

      death or life without parole?

      4:30pm ET.. it comes out.

not sure which I would rather. lethal injection seems too easy for this bastard.

He's getting the death penalty imo. I don't agree with it, but I'm pretty sure they're gonna go that way.

I won't be back until next Tuesday, so if Get Carter is the correct answer, I would appreciate of someone else posts a new cap for me

Fucking people get murdered every day, why is this making national headlines? he wasn't a celebrity, neither was she...definitely a horrible crime, but why is everyone obsessed with it.

Kill the fucker and get it off my fucking tv.

If they're going to give this stupid whole story national attention, then they better put the execution live on TV!

Well, I know it's recommended but if he is sentenced to death, I really hope he was the one that did it. I'm sure if he didn't do it, he definitely had something to do with it.

No shit why in the hell is this the top headline on cnn?!?!? Couldn't agree more... there's much more important stuff happening in the world today... The company I work for, PeopleSoft just got bought out by Oracle!

now THAT imo is WAYYYY more important news to me.... the implications it will have on the tech sector, the economy, unemployment, and the well being of several million lives being affected by the ripples of this action

i agree -e-... but none the less this was a thread about the trial story, so thats why it was posted here.

if someone wants to start a thread about PeopleSoft.. they should do it, imo

just the positive outcome of a power merger ...... the merger "usually" benefits both companies as they begin to solicit more and more business because of the positive outcome of the joining of 2 companies of this size.....

notice the use of the word "usually" (eg: Time Warner / AOL),

If the merger does positively affect the overall business, then the TRIANGLE effect comes into play as dependant companies are swept by the growth spell and the economy is twitched a tad (for the positive)

It wouldn't have meant milkshakes for a small company but when 2 giants of this sort merge, it's more than likely that a lot of people will be affected in a positive way.....

my reference to the "millions" is both directly and indirectly....(while that could end up being far fetched by ALL accounts should the merger fuck things up royally for both companies
