Yes, indeed. Is mr. Matt Darey with a two hours and five minutes set very very house. I think this is one of those rare sets made by someone who usually mix and blends trance tunes, and sinks himself in dark and housie atmospheres and gets an excellente job. You gotta listen to this, and try to make IDs.

One other thing, strangely this set was not released by Matt Dary himself or his team, so you don't listen voices here and there.

Since when does Matt Darey play House?

He usually doesn't play house (thats the point), but in the last year and a half he has played many housie tunes, but this is his very first house set, and thats great, because he does it very well. If you remeber, Oakenfold's Perfecto presents Ibiza was a very dark and near to house made by Oakey, so itsn't so rare, pretty much unusual.

Any ideas about TL?

Never thought of Oakenfold's Perfecto presents Ibiza as very dark or near to house. I would of been a great CD if he hadn't ruined it with that shit U2 track (Makes My Toes Curl Every Time I Hear It) The Brothers In Rhythm remix of Staring At The Sun track would of been a much better choice.

I think Oakenfold's Perfecto presents Ibiza is very near to House musica, no matter what you think. Just check tracklist and you will find that many House DJs, as Deep Dish, played many of that tracks on their sets at that time. So, there is no doubt about the House atmosphere and sound on that album. And about Matt Darey set, here is the tracklist. Also very groovie and housie, very similar to his Mexico set from 2007, which was never been released but probably recorded.
