    Empire Total War is amazing, but has some strings attached...

    Just got this working today after resolving some issues. Canceled my interent service to my gaming PC and had just been using a wireless network card for my laptop to save some money. Amazing game and naval battles, but it requires you to have an Internet connection to activate and Steam to play. So you always have to be online to play. Quite evil IMO and I don't know of any game that requires an Internet connection to install, maybe SPORE, but they got into some legal issues for privacy issues.

              there are so many pissed off total war fan's pissed off about that shit...my brother for one.


              GTA 4 had simmilar issues.
