Not an ordinary mix by my behalf. It's a live mix, showing the yin and yang of life - the bursts of joy and the moments of sadness. It does not shoot to be cohesive, the idea is to be diverse, broken and then patched, living but wounded.
I hope you will feel the same while listening. It has some rock influences here and there as well (even a Phil Collins song, one of my favorites). Enjoy!
My mix for this month on oasis-radio.net. New(ish) tunes by Loscil, Jesse Somfay, Blanck Mass, The Sight Below, Bvdub and a few others I can't remember. Probably one of my better ones...hope you enjoy it.
Hey I really appreciate you guys uploading these sets! I'm a huge fan of ambient music and chill out music but I haven't had the pleasure of hearing a set of this type of music before.

Sorry, folks, this Headphone Commute Mix is no longer available for direct download. That being said, we have an amazing archive of all these past mixes graciously hosted by Mike Robinson of The…
Described as "From the opening, this mix slowly dwells into long drone soundscapes - some discouraging, others comforting - only to be interrupted by a climactic eruption from Siddhartha Barnhoorn's cinematic 'Artifacts' directly following the enchanting vocals of Fovea Hex, a choir arrangement that seems to be coming directly from heaven by Franz Liszt (from 'Via Crucis', 1879!), followed by a Sibil'La Catalana string theme from the 15th century - and finally to be concluded by the acquiescent vocals from the Terje Isungset track."
