                Well strangely enough having slept for only 4 hours the previous night and having no sleep the night before I had a really good workout today and I actually feel pretty good, fresh, relaxed...normally I get really nervous and grumpy if I don't get enough sleep...It must be all the supplements I started taking...

                Sorry about your neck how did you do it? The only time I got hurt in the gym was when I turned my head to look at a girls ass with a pile of weights on my shoulders...it really wasn't worth it.

                        DIDI...can you like pull some strings with Hernan and get us a new set ...I was gonna post something on his forum but having just joined I would probably be told to piss off...
                        I know he is working on a new album but I really need a new dose of his sound...nothing really compares.

                            Err, I would like to think I had influence but I think I would be dreaming. But I'm sure he would never tell anyone to piss off So ask away. !! You can't build up posts if you don't post. I must admit I am feeling a tad hungry for a new set though!! It would be a lovely warmup for his visit here!!

                                what we can all do is open up a thread on his forum" English section" and start nagging him for a new set, I will def push for it , how about you guys?

                                About a year ago around this time the EM was pounding through my car speakers all day, so its def time for a new one

                                            if you are up all night then you have 24 hours per day!!
