No Phil is a pretty good DJ i have heard a number of good sets and when I heard him live he was equally good. I will try and find his promo set from a while back which was like pure gold...I listened to it for quite a while.

Yeah I know it does...loads of great albums do...its just that Balance 004 is like almost only breaks...I don't mind if there are a couple of songs but if its excessive I loose interest.
