    considering he's from Chile...it might just be a Chilean tango song. And there are tons of those.

    sorry i couldn't help much, but it might MIGHT just be Astor Piazolla. The father of the tango.

      ^^^ hey man thanks at first I thought it was a tango too, but after listening to it 20 million times i have the feeling it has a lot of gipsy- balkan elements to it.

      Also it makes sense since, Villalobos includes a lot of balkan trumpets on his sets. ,still dunno who is this from?
