    jon lisle original series......

    Has no competitors, best mix of all time never gets old. Anyone agree?

          Agree with Mariner1. It is a really good mix but not the best of all-time.

                  Definitely the best of the series, and an awesome CD. Wish Mr. Lisle would do another (Balance perhaps???!) I agree its timeless

                      I think it is difficult to class any as the best mix album ever, it depends on what noises you are in the mood for. I think OS2 is mint but sometimes I'm in more of a mood for Renaissance 1. Same way I think "entroducing...." is amazing but I've really got to feel like listening to it.

                              If we are talking soley about Lisle, I would throw his first Kiss guest mix up for contention: THAT is timeless, but probably more due to the tunes than anything else. Yet he's the only one who's pulled off a Northen Exposure-esque mix in his own way.

                                      the best lisle mix is the warm up from a festival (brighton beach is it? I'm sure people will know which lisle mix i mean)
