    Taking in the sun and the neon light

    I just wanted to make a small post congratulating Booka Shade for making one hell of an album. I have actually been sitting on this for a while, and today finally let it loose while driving home. I must say I'm sorry for not listening to this earlier, but maybe it's good of me to have waited.

    What melodies, what sounds, what textures. OMG this is am amazing album. If only I could produce like they do. Holy moly.

    If you haven't listened to this album yet, let me be the one to say unto you...PLEASE go take it in. From the first track on it is just serious grooves and melodies. Dusty Boots is right now my favorite track on the LP.

                  Yeah man I really dig this - heard the Dubfire remix of 'Charlotte' long before I heard the original, but it's fucking great. The whole album's nicely melodic, varied and just a damn good listen. They came in for quite a lot of stick from some quarters, and I don't think it's an album you can really sit on the fence with - definately an opinion divider. Top stuff imo

                          i loved this album as well... have used lots of the tracks in some of my mixes. very very creative music.
                          Should I fuck you at that not until the ass, inject then tremendously hard bumschen and to the termination in the eyes yes?

                              oh wow. I didn't know so many of us out here had yet to hear it too. Yeah if I could give this cd a rating. I would go for 5's all across the board. From production value, to compositional value, to melodic value and groove value.

                                  Very good album but I do prefer their last one a bit more...

                                  They put on a fantastic live show as well. Bummed I missed them last week but I don't go out on Thursdays...

                                      OK. Correction...i do see there is a type of mix album of their remixes....or their getting remixed and compiled together. But to me that is a mix CD and not an Album.
