Lawler through 2004 untouchable in my book, always will be. To me that was progressive HOUSE. Some darks beats but with some funky vocals. You diggin his last couple sets? And I'll be monitoring you're posts for Sasha references.

Thought the Womb set was pretty good ,havent got a chance to listen to his miami set , I think he is bringing back the drums though , which I totally preffer than that crude souless techno he was spining last year .

Also His renaissance viva cds are far from what he did in the past , I just heard the Toronto viva recently and thought it was awful , but remembered that it was from last year ,

I miss the good old GU lights out days as well mate

OK then Haziel yo gotta check out his recent D'Edge Sao Paolo set. It's got some real good drums. Was groovin the whole 3+ hours. In complete agreement on his stuff last few years, the garbage house in 2005, the techy-minimalistic shit in 2006, and so on. Honestly never really cared much for most of his comps, nothing compared to his live sets. Still nothing beats the old stuff. Stay Dentist Pimp.

Oh , still talking Lawler, I thought there was a three hour Dubfunk out there. I was getting quite excited there for a moment.

One of the reasons I am so impressed is that I am so used to finding new Djs that I think will be great and then they are pretty ordinary when I get to see them. Still totally stunned by how good this guy was!!

Off topic can be fun Was a Darkbeat party , but it was huge and I don't think they did any recording.

                              Fabulous party though!!
