DJ & Producer Chris Petti, Propellerhead's US Reason Product Specialist and accomplished musician/producer/dj, will be giving us a behind-the-scene look at music projects he is currently creating in Reason, and will be sharing plenty of useful tips and pointers to supercharge your Reason rack!
In the class, Chris will share knowledge of unlocking the power of Reason's new enhanced sequencer, using shortcuts and tricks to increase workflow, working with Rewire, and looking at power usages of the Thor synthesizer to create stunning original sounds. Whether you are relatively new to working with Reason or a seasoned user, producers of all skill levels will benefit from this informative workshop!

Learn the fundamentals of drumming, playing chords, and building song ideas. Explore composing in various popular musical styles and take a look at the methods used to write and arrange complete songs. Focusing on a hands-on learning approach, the classes break down music theory into lessons that are practical, fun to apply, and easy to understand. Designed to increase the overall level of musicianship of our students, these first four workshops will focus on the basics of music, rhythm, and songwriting and will benefit any aspiring DJ and producer. We’re taking our unique classroom experience on the road! Jon Margulies, dubSpot instructor & author of Ableton Live 7 Power!
