n/p... however now that I'm looking into it some more, I might delay the move because the auto groups mod will break with the upgrade so I need to make sure I have a fix for it before I get trigger happy

no no.... we lose no data.... it's just an upgrade to the core code of the sub forums but since I will have to play with the DB a bit.... I wanna lock down the forums to make sure I dont mess things up.....
Since sheppie's absence, I've learnt a LOT more than I did about databases so not to worry
