      On the one hand, this is very clearly fucked up on a host of different levels. On the other hand, complaining about oil companies launching armed assaults against people is soooooo 1995...

      A landmark human rights lawsuit, accusing Royal Dutch Shell of complicity in the execution of author and human rights activist Ken Saro-Wiwa some 14 years ago, will proceed to trial in a New York courtroom.
      Seriously, here's hoping that justice is served here.
