^^ditto! although music is what makes life bearable for me so i guess music would be my answer.
sbando: i meant to answer your poll about suicide but couldn't find it when i logged in to do it. anyhow.. i would recommend ECT (electroconvulsive therapy) for you. after more than 20 years filled with meds and therapy that's the only thing that really made a difference for me.. unfortunately the effect doesn't really last but it might give you some time and strength to take control and get your will to live back! you might suffer some memory loss but if you are like me you wouldn't mind to much about that.
