music
family
friends
food
toys (music production, home audio, home theatre etc)
cold beer
cigarettes after a meal
double ristrettro flat whites from our synesso coffee machine at work (cafe)
memories
dance floors and it's moments

there are too many...i guess that means i'm a pretty happy person

Just remembered I wrote an article along these lines for a course a couple of years back. I discussed the negative impact off materialism and how people generally neglect the most important thing in their lives - the people around them. I centered the article around attaining meaning from Work, and how ultimately this can bring us more happiness.

I was doing a course on Adlerian (Alfred Adler) psychology at the time

I find it all so fascinating to be honest

i'm all good!

the earthquake was down south. 70,000 without homes. its a mess!

problem is shoddy construction! monunments fromm 200/300 years ago are fine, new houses fell to bits . says a lot for the way things were made!

cooking

lots of sex
a good read
a good movie
a clean home
the ability to connect and communicate clearly with those i hold close
the ability to live my life with as little obstacles as possible.
laying my head on my pillow at night knowing that I have done everything that I possibly could to leave a positive influence and enrich the lives of those around me.

^^ you've been so melancholy around here lately, I'm at least happy to find that there is something that makes you happy...

Ya well losing your job, house and investor because everybody ran out of money tends to do that to people. My investor got caught in the madoff scandal and that was that. Pissed me right off but now I am moving to a different city with a great paying job and things are looking up again.

The economy still sucks though... keeping it real.

Regional Sales Rep for Rogers. There sales have actually gone up during this crisis.

Ya they actually grew 4% during this mess. Surprised me as well. That was what made me really want the job(Considering I didnt have a job anything was great). Rogers just bought Cogeco Cable so they have a new market which is Rogers On Demand and home internet. Basically we get people to merge their house phone, on demand and internet with us as well as their cell phone so they can save money by getting everything from us. One bill for all!!!
