In my case this was like 6 years ago, since then I've only taken protein. Funny you mention taking that many supp's, I was at GNC on Saturday and this skinny guy a little smaller than me purchased over $400 in supp's...
I think a lot of people go overboard with supps. When some people list what they take on weightlifting websites its just fucking ridiculous. Protein, a multi vit and maybe some sort of joint care/fish oil is all that is needed imo. Most proteins contain loads of aminos already so taking them as an extra shouldnt really be neccessary.
