I've switched out alcohol for ice cream. It's been a good tradeoff oddly enough ... I enjoy beer a lot, but the following day I don't like how I feel at all, so it kind of neutralizes the enjoyment factor. However, tomorrow night we are going out with friends and a few beers will be worth it.

I was going to ask you about this, then felt the same myself -- was wishing I enjoyed beer!

Got some negative medical news about my fam yesterday. Really need a good 12-month break on that stuff.

Setting forth in motion right now that 2015 is going to be an ALL CLEAR year for everyone!
