^That's often how it works, although we are coming out of the recession right now, so that could be part of it as well.

^ Yeah my job is still with the same company. I will just have a better role and there's a bit of traveling involved and I won't have to work with people who spent half their day in the toilet and the other half exchanging happy slapping videos & extreme porn on their mobile phones
