I broke a bone in my hand a month ago, went to the hospital today and i think i need a pin in it now.. Ignoring something doesnt make it go away, and yet i always seem to do it.

^^we hope our old friends stay the same, but it doesn't always work out that way and is disappointing when it does not workout according to planned. All that said, if you think your old pal is maybe just going through a rough time in his life, he may come out of it later on, at which time you guys can most likely pick things back up when he's in a better place. In the meantime all you can do is listen and limit your quality time together.
