Dude, I have endless issues with my weigh, genetics is an issue, eating is a huge problem and the BEER, oh the BEER - eat wise as per Florida's suggestion - stop the soda and sugar foods.
This is my food regime at the moment:
Breakfast - 1 toast (wholewheat) with 2 hard boiled eggs
Mid morning - apple
Lunch - 200g of lean beef or chicken and whole tomato or cucumber
Mid afternoon - apple
Supper - 200g of lean beef or chicken and whole tomato or cucumber
I gym 4 x a week with a trainer and play squash 3 times a week.
I weighed 99.5 kgs this morning
