I find self preservation the hardest..yet necessary. I wrote a letter last night.. feel much better today....

Good for you Dusk, I knew you could do it. Writing is very cathartic, I don't do anywhere near enough of it. But I do know that not letting our egos stop us from healing is important and a lot of time that means asking for help from friends or family, even if it's just going to get coffee or better yet, experience something brand new with someone. I think that's why people love having kids, it's experiencing life through new eyes all the time. But you don't have to have kids, just trying new things and being a beginner at something, it helps.

not really, i,ve just applied for a north korean passport, going there to live, give it 5 years and NK will be known for having both better working and human rights than britain has
