I applaud those Coachella Valley or Palm Desert cops for their patience and professionalism.

1) They knew they were dealing with someone on drugs.

2) They could have used higher levels of force (imo) when he continued to resist.

I saw many an opportunity for the cops to cuff him. They could have just done that and put his robe back on and taken him away. But I wasn't there and don't know the protocol...just sayin is all.

The cops had him subdued and on the ground, they were slack, the guy got up, and one of the cops tased him, wtf. There shouldn't have been any need to tase him.
