          Re: meditation

          I've been into meditation for a while now too - it's a great way to relax and recharge. For those who are interested in trying out meditation but aren't sure how, try Thich Nhat Hanh - Miricle of Mindfulness. It's a great intro for beginners - it teachs you the basics and how you can use meditation in just about every aspect of your day. Quick read, straight and to the point without all the flowery psychobabble that most "new age" books have.
          Imagination was given to man to compensate him for what he is not;
          a sense of humor to console him for what he is.
