"Although her music background began at an early age, Rebekah Aff got her start with techno and house music in New York City in 2002. Having been exposed to and inspired by the close-knit minimal techno scene there, she purchased her own turntables and began spinning regularly at Galapagos and for the penetr8 parties which were held in the Chinatown club Canal59, and which were supported by the local NYC DJs such as Dinky, Magda, Troy Pierce and Plexus."
