TGIF everyone ... this weekend is a long one for me ... it was day 2 of 4 of Giles Peterson's Worldwide Festival and i just got back from Zouk where Zabiela was on for his tour

JZ absolutely destroyed the place and it was the hardest he had ever played imo for all the times he had been here .. too bad the set wasn't recorded though

anyone heard of this margarita before? my friend just introduced me to it on cinco de mayo.
shot and a half of GOOD tequila (agave)
almost a full shot of grand marnier
about half a lime's worth of lime juice

i got patron citronage instead of grand marnier because that shit's expensive. the margaritas are strong as hell, but the best part is you don't need that sweet and sour bullshit. although it's a strong margarita, it is what a margarita should taste like! man, i'm makin some right now. i'm a little excited.

That's how I make margaritas. I did some research several years ago and that is supposed to be the "original" margarita recipe. Super potent, they'll knock you on your ass like Fischer going through a Scala pick

lol, you mean a Cadillac Margarita? That's what we brought with us when we stayed at the Hyatt Grand Champions for Coachella 2005 in Palm Springs...they will knock you out. Much more to that weekend, but I've already disclosed that here before once

Yeh .. I get a weekend off after Sasha then it's the 3 nights over the Bank Holiday weekend, Sashweed in Liverpool (Fri) Birmingham (Sat) and Leeds (Sun). They are playing 4/5 hours each night.

Well the 1st leg was done and I've survived !

Sasha's set has had mixed opinions from best ever, great new techy sound, destroyed fabric .. to err "dogshite"

Some of the vids look good (posted in my report) and I had a good time .. just didn't feel it was classic Sasha.

I get 11 days off to recover now !
