californians suck so hard at driving in the rain, it's sad. but i dont miss my 7 years living in washington state, cos people suck at driving period... NO ONE uses their turn signals, i kid you not.

I promise you florida is way worse...you can't get anywhere quick, the person in front of you is either 1) retarded 2) too old to be driving 3) drunk 4) lost (tourist)

besides when does it rain in socal? rarely.

oh and 5) Just the kind of person that drives 25mph in a 35mph zone at least the majority of drivers in southern california are in enough of a rats race to drive fast pretty much all the time. Perfect for people who like to get places quickly (except for rush hour which is a parking lot of course).
