what I don't understand about Obama's Economic Plan is how can new technology and innovation be the driving force to get us out of this economic meltdown when Small Business Venture Capita is being diverted to the huge companies of the world?? Venture Capital is the driving force behind innovation which means without investing in venture capital, innvoation won't be the driving force. It seems he is drving towards Corporatocracy.

It won't be all of the venture capital world; only a minority will probably work with him on it. VC money will ultimately flow to where it can get the best return, and right now there are relatively few opportunities for VC investment. But there will be more opportunities in the future when the recession lifts and the money will most certainly be there.
