This 2.5 hour MS exclusive set was recorded based on a trip two friends took to Miami for this year's 2009 Winter Music Conference
Up-and-coming djs in Calgary, both Jamie Norman and Jeff Taylor are making names for themselves in western Canada. Jamie holds a residency at two of the city's best house nights (Thursday @ Habitat, and Friday @ SOHO) and Jeff has been making oft appearances at places like BLVD on a very regular basis.
The mix itself was inspired by the sights, sounds, tastes, and incredible experiences over 8 days of WMC mayhem. The sounds were influenced directly by several stellar conference performances by artists such as: Steve Lawler, John Digweed, Luciano, Dubfire, Danny Howells, etc...to name a few.
So please put on a good set of headphones, turn the volume to 11, and enjoy a refreshing mix of progressive, tech-house, and tribal that will be sure to leave you wanting more.
