You're actually right. And I don't support saying those things to him, even though I disagree with just about everything he says. But what you see in this thread is the product of a whole history of our interactions with him that you don't understand as a newcomer. By now, runningman's bitterness and hostility is somewhat legendary around here and it goes way back. A lot of people have witnessed his rude verbal smackdowns of others, and so some people have just learned to dish the rudeness back at him right out of the gate - not saying that is good, but that's just how it is: he is reaping what he sows. It's a vicious circle.
As for me... all I can say at this point is: this is not worth dragging out any further. Let's all just chill, me included.
