Chris Gavin is well known in France as the label boss for the Red Hammer record label. Chris has also been licensed to several compilations and TV programs, including « fashion TV 2005 » in France. His music, which can be described as a large panel of progressive house, has been found in the track-listings of superstar Djs and artists such as Nick Warren, Hernan Cattaneo, RPO, Chloe Harris, Harry lemon, Terry Grant, Amine Edge, Darin Epsilon, V-Sag, 2 Rare People, Kintar & Rex, PQM, Abyss, Fred Numf, Sonic Union, Alex Millan, Joee Cons, just to name a few......The Deep Breath EP enjoys similar support. Blurring the lines between progressive and dark edged techno, Chris Gavin & partner Tony Hell turn in a thumping 3 track EP that surely has something for everyone.
On remix duties is Frenchman Amine Edge. This man is hardly a stranger to the scene. He has been licensed to such compilations as Balance 13, and regularly enjoys support from John Digweed, Hernan Cattaneo, Chloe Harris and more. In 2007 he launched 2 great and recognized labels: "Home's Art Music" & "Brown Eyed Boyz Records". His labels have signed such up and coming artists like Add 2 Basket, Sam Ball, Steve Mill, Neil Quigley, King Roc, Michael Cassette, Gold Ryan, Logiztik Sounds, Paul Keeley, Claes Rosen, and Chloč Harris. Just recently, Amine did work for the Anjuna beats team for the classic "A Sort of Homecoming" by Paul Keeley. For the "Deep Breath" EP, Amine turns in a tough techy edged progressive remix that is sure to land its way into Dj bags everywhere.
