lasagne.ulster fry.steak+chips with peppered sauce or a massive barbeque with ribs burgers,prawns+the rest...but its a tough decision,whats your flavours....

I would be to freaked out to think about my appetite...that's the kind of scenario that goes down before a scheduled execution. If I had to choose what one food to eat every day for the rest of my life, probably variations of humus and pita bread/chips,

I love Italian .. so it'd be

Mixed seafood & meat antipasto
Fried courgette flowers
Spaghetti vongole
Fresh pasta with wild boar ragu
Wild rabbit casserole
A lovely veal chop
Roasted rare-breed sausages from Siena
Tiramisu
Panna cotta with fresh berries
Cheeses to finish.

For wine I'd like a crisp Pinot Grigio (Santa Margherita) and Gaja (Italy's most famous vineyard) Barolo and Barbaresco bottles from the north of Italy. A glass of Mirto to help digest the meal and the most expensive glass of cognac know to mankind to finish !

Main Best End of Lamb wrapped in a Chicken, Basil and Spinach Mousse served with Anna Potatoes. John Burton Race did this once on a lunch service, he didn't think it was that great. I fucking loved it

I'll have to skip the main course and go straight for the desert.. usually I can never make it to desert (after a full meal)

It would have to be some variation of chocolate, ice-cream, brownies and cake with a cherry on top for good measure.
