    Who Did You See ?? How Were They ??

    Just started this because we always say when we see the big Djs , but the slightly lesser ones only get an occasional mention. Sometimes they are incredible !! I really like to hear how others are playing.

    Start, Chris Fortier last weekend. I've been a fan of Chris's for ages but sometimes find him a little inaccessible . Well, last week he was absolutely amazing , blew the roof off with one on my favourite sets for the year!!

    Jennifer Cardini, I probably enjoyed her set more than I expected, she doesn't play music I like particularly, but very up and down and in parts just plain boring. Part of this could be that the slot they gave her wasn't quite right. No flow.

    Local boys, Scott Walker and Magoo. One of the most funs sets. Really good

          Chris never fails to deliver (imo) and a great guy as well. He's leaving for Europe tomorrow so for those over there be on the look out.

              ^^^Yeah he is , he remembered me and said hello after his set, which is always nice. I was really glad I had been saying good things about him Definitely second the look out for him . He was stunning!!

                          Unfortunately the couple of times I've seen Fortier, his set has gone nowhere. Ben (rubyraks) rightly pointed out how he doesn't sequentialize his tracks appropriately.

                          Hopefully third time's a charm.
