Would you believe I have woken up this morning with the beginnings of a cold! Fell very under the weather and not seeing the doc until Thursday. I bloody hope I get better! I'll be there even if I'm dying but I can enjoy it so much more with a clear head!

Garlic , vitamin c, and Horseradish Take as directed immediately. Seriously if I do this. it is either stops it, or I have a very light cold.

Yeah there seems to be a stomach bug going round. I should be OK by Saturday though.

yah i had my flu jab 2 weeks ago and was rough last week stomach bug and the works bloody nasty

getting better everyday now though and as people say dose up on lots of vit c etc you will be ok
