Last weekend had all the qualities to become one of the best I had in some time since Bedrock 10.5, and it was Top weekend full of good tunez, fun, dancing and talking shit for 48 hrs !!

Personally I had allot of anticipation for this gig ( I guess Lisa shared the same feeling), as I only saw SOS ones and it was few years back, so was quite existed to check out their funky house set.
Also the fact the Desyn was playing the warm-up set made me go early at 11:15, but for my surprise the 3 of them were in the DJ both working it out and for the next 45 min music was great really melodic and funky.
Club stared to get busy and the music kept progressing, with Demi putting all funny faces known to man, meet funkykarma and his girlfriend and 12:45 mark the music took another direction of really groovy dirty house tunes ( they had some problem with the speakers) but it was all sorted quickly. left at 2 am to go to friends after party ...the rest is history
Friday_Danny Howells @ Sanctuary:
After only 4 hrs of sleep from the nite before, I was really reluctant about going out considering that the club where Danny is playing is cheesy spot and full of wankers, but i was on the GL (Thanks to Lisa) and i tot, fuck it cant miss Danny.
Went at 11:30 and the club was still empty, Ali Ajman was playing a good warm-up set, went and said Hi to Danny, who looked tired !!
He came on at 12:30 and produces some of the best triple tunes I heard in a long time, he's mixing is spot on !! music was great and we managed to get a good spot on the dance floor, the only negative thing is the twats around you ( I fuckin hate that place) it's a real sham that some one like Danny is playing for this crowd who have no clue about the music or the whole clubbing experience.
From 2:00 AM till I left at 2:45 Danny played some twisted progressive tunes with techy edge, it was a good set indeed, but you can tell that Danny is not having fun, the couple of time I saw him before he was dancing around and really interacting with the crowd, but since Friday nite crowd was shit he had to do the job he got paid to do.
All in all, great weekend with allot of good music and meeting couple of familiar faces that I see when I go out to events, also a great afterparty at my friend place. On Top I come back to listing to John Digweed bedrock 10.5 which is an amazing set and brought flashbacks from the nite i had @ matter.

Sometimes I just think they use Djs for their name with no respect or consideration. In Hernan's case here they couldn't even make sure the sound was right in two of the shows.
