I'd like to see some responses from the people that voted no.
I think it should be legal to have and smoke for everybody. I also think that there should be restrictions based on age and for driving, just as there is for alcohol.

One of the problems that I could forsee, is abuse by young kids. Of course, there are young kids that already abuse it, but I'd hate to see MORE young kids abuse it.

One thing is for sure, there would be a lot less people in jail for herb.

I used to smoke, haven't in years... the shit makes me crazy now. It's dangerous, but muuuuch less dangerous than alcohol. Legalize it, restrict it like alcohol, and tax the fuck out of it, like Cuba will be when its embargo ends.
