08/04/02: Album update
The latest release date for the, as yet untitled, forthcoming album is September. Hard To Find Records have the date listed on their website as the 23rd, but this is unconfirmed. Some of the new tracks are being played on the DeltaHeavy tour. (see below)

06/04/02: Delta Heavy Update and Visuals
The Delta Heavy tour was originally scheduled for two possible dates in New York but it's been confirmed there will be only one date now. The date is Saturday April 13 at the venue is The World. You can also see 2 minutes worth of visuals from the tour, prepared by Imaginary Forces, courtesy of the excellent Xpander. Click here for the visuals or here for the Xpander site.

WMC Essential Mix this weekend

Just a reminder that the Sasha & Digweed Essential Mix from the WMC will be broadcast this weekend, 7th April, between 02:00 - 04:00 BST. Click here for the Radio1 website. The mix recorded at the Miami Arena is also going to be broadcasted by Dutch ID&T Radio this Saturday from 20:00 - 22:00 (18:00 - 20:00 BST). More details can be found at ID&T Radio.



03/04/02: DJ Sasha free CD offer mix-up

A number of people have been offered a 'Free CD to all members' by the website djsasha.com. Vegas mixed by Sasha is being offered up to people in emails, but don't get the 2 mixed up, this is an Australian DJ, and has nothing to do with UK DJ / Producer by the same name. Although the offer may be genuine, djsasha.com is an unrelated site. The only official sites are sasha.co.uk and sasha.uk.com, and both are awaiting redevelopment.

Sasha Digweed Essential Mix @ WMC on eBay

The WMC Essential Mix from the Delta Heavy launch party is being offered on eBay. Again i'd highly recommend giving this mix a miss. The official mix is to be broadcast, for free, on BBC Radio 1.

Yeah that tour was really kick ass. I got to catch it in atlanta. The big tune though that is not mentioned in the list is " Main Element featuring Kyla - Take Me Down." This was the one that was called "the delta heavy track" and it was sasha that played it. The other big moment was when digweed played "chilling moments."

Also I gotta say that the track that blew me away more than any when they came through Minneapolis was Yunus - Red Pilot...that tune was devastating on the dancefloor.

i remember that first show of the tour in Miami at the arena, and staying until the end. We were part of the last less than 100 people left in the arena at around 0800. Sasha started dropping some of the tracks he had produced off of Air Drawn dagger. We were some of the first few people to hear those tracks, it was almost spiritual! Then the security came in and demanded that Sasha trun off the equipment. What a freakin night!
