you can drop fast with intense cardio. the question that should be asked: does one have the time to dedicate hard work?

I will never be able to do "Chest & Back" (one of my favorite workouts) without picturing this chick with a enourmously large black penis in her mouth . Come to find out, one of the people in the video has been in many, many pornos.

You still doing this Clint? After my surgery thought I shouldn't go too crazy so started w/ p90. I feel like a new man. Defo eating better has been the key for me. I've lost almost 40 lbs in 2 1/2 months. with 3 kids the gym wasn't gonna happen so this was a good option. Been slacking though last 2 weeks or so on the workouts.

I slacked for a while after my wedding last Oct but I've been back on it running 3-4 days a week and doing 3-4 p90 workouts a week. I typically skip plyo and yoga.

In 3 weeks when I'm back on Chest & Back, I want be able to look at Maren the same.

I've found that if i commit to hitting the weights 30 minutes a day no matter what time it is (12pm or 12am) I'm happy with the results. The key is committing, that's where you see the gains.

It was fun while it lasted...
