Honestly, I wouldn't recommend doing any decoding to WAV and then re-encoding to MP3. It's adding a second layer of MP3 compression artifacts, no matter how minor. There is a way (mp3directcut) to adjust levels without introducing another unnecessary layer of compression. There's also a way to download the original MP3 without manually recording in realtime to WAV...

There is a way (mp3directcut) to adjust levels without introducing another unnecessary layer of compression. There's also a way to download the original MP3 without manually recording in realtime to WAV...

I know it's not an ideal solution. I know and use mp3directcut extensively but it has no sound capability as tomass limiter. And if you know any free sound extracting software from .swf i'd be glad to know
