No problem. I'm getting confused more about this situation as well.

I'm going to see if I can clear up some of this and I apologize if this has been repeated previously, but bear with me.

Here is what I know to be fact about this night as I was there and I was at Vamp (then turned to Smoke later) the day when Kyle Hogan received these "Independence Night" bootlegs with Joe C. working at Knuckleheads in the next room the same day. I remember cause Kyle was laughing at Joe with how he sounded on the mic.

Independence Night were the stolen DATs from the Gemini Party's first half.

About half way through the night, the power in the club shut off. When it came back on and the music started everything was cool.

When leaving Simons, the bouncers were patting down people as they left, as they noticed the DATs were missing.

Independence Night has Joe C on the mic saying "Hows everybody doing tonight. Put your hands together for DJ John Digweed. I couldn't heeeeaaaar yoooouuuu".

That is CD 1 of Independence Night.

CD 2 starts with "Give it up for DJ Saaaaashhhhaaaaaaaa"

Now...It seems like the file called "Sasha & John Digweed @ Simon's Gainesville, Florida 26.5.96 pt1.mp3" starts about 22:30 into CD 1 of Independence Night, leaving about 3 or 4 songs off. The IN CD 1 ends at the 50min mark of "Sasha & John Digweed @ Simon's Gainesville, Florida 26.5.96 pt1.mp3" which continues to where Independence Night CD 2 begins with Joe introduction "DJ Sashaaaaaa"

I have found where these 2nd parts differ.

On "Sasha & John Digweed @ Simon's Gainesville, Florida 26.5.96 pt2.mp3" at the 24min mark, the mix CHANGES TO ANOTHER PART LATER. I remembered that Brothers Grim "Radiate" was NOT on the ID CD 2, but it IS on this mp3.

ID CD 2 ends with Slacker "Flying"

I don't know about the DAT's, but the tapes I provided to Chunky are all from that night. No question. A certain resident DJ and I babysat them while they were being recorded. I actually have one more tape from that night I need to ship to Chunky when I get motivated.
