Thanks for the offer but you can get most Van Dyk sets from HERE including the 2 you mentioned. There is also another PVD Simon's set from 1993 there too

Any sets from Soulhouse? I talk to Chang every once in a while...might get him to post some old sets if you guys are interested. If you were at Simon's during this era you got to remember that older dude with a 70's mullet grooving by himself in the corner. Anyone remember? Long live the roof garden at Simon's!
