Prob committing blasphemy here, but I have been playing Killzone 2 the past month (had it for months without opening it).

Fired up the online play the other night and I love it - way prefer it to COD2. For starters, you don't just get taken out straight away by some uber-geek - you actually get a chance to shoot some people up (one shot doesnt kill you). Plus you can play with people who are at your level, so you know there will be no amazing shooters on there.

Maps are decent, graphics are amazing. I'll be hooked on this for weeks....

i still love playing MW2, when time permits. i even played the campaign with my nephew not too long ago, which reminded me of how rich, and thorough this game really is.

black ops comes out soon... it sure as hell is gonna take something huge to rival MW2 multiplayer, imho.

I'm looking forward to Black Ops. It looks awesome but I do agree it's going to have to be huge in order to beat MW2 multiplayer. I hope it will though because I am looking forward to it and I don't want to be let down.

I got 2 nukes in a row last week. The first game I went like 65 to 4, the second was about 50 to 4. people were pissed

What is a nuke? You literally drop a nuke bomb on em?

Yeah. If you get a 25 kill streak (and have that streak turned on), you can drop a nuke. It kills everyone on both teams and immediately ends the game. Your team wins, regardless of what the score was up until that point. It's not the nuke that really gets to people... it's the fact that you're 44 and 0 but they can't find you or aren't quick enough to kill you Especially when you do it to them again in the very next game

On the first one, my first death happened as I had my 45th kill in last stand. I had the nuke before I even died my first time

damn dude....nice. I would get my ass handed to me, I can't use the controller at all. Thats why I like keyboard+mouse on the PC. So that crap won't happen to me and piss me off

Have you tried the multiplayer yet? What are your reactions to it? I haven't seen you say much about the game other than you had just started the campaign

No multiplayer yet....I haven't gamed much lately, and when I have its been SC2. Would like to beat single player MW and MW2 before trying any online stuff, so will prob be a while.

My work comp (my only CPU in commission) can't even handle installing my pre-ordered copy of SC2... it's that pathetic... So I've been on my stupid crackbox 360 for hours on end; but seriously, the campaign in MW2 is agg; and multiplayer... ...ya wouldn't dare even consider setting down the controller, period... it's that fun. And (customization is near endless: ie. callsign, classes, etc.) the matchmaking is so quick and smooth - you'll level so fast, and skills will become second nature. Pickle, lol, your ratio would make me want to cry if I got into a match with ya.. ffs dude.
