The only curry dish I prepare often is curry couscous with various chopped up veggies depending on what I'm in the mood for.
It was fun while it lasted...

Not really a curry but i boiled up a load of mushrooms and spring onions, put in a couple of spoons of madras curry paste and boiled for another 10 mins, let it cool and the liquidised it and reheated it. Tastes the bollocks if you love soup like me.Originally posted by Hoff
