                                          Maybe your cache isn't large enough, the clip is 410 mb, you could try and change the limit of the cache, if Chrome allows it. I don't think it works differently than other browsers.
                                          Sort the files according to filesize, just to be sure.

                                                      I demuxed it to Raw AAC with mp4UI.
                                                      Then transcoded to mp3 with Foobar and Lame.
