That track 12 in part 1 is so amazing!! The standout song in this lovely mix!
One year later it's still unknown the id of that track. It's really similar to "personal space" by 16 bit lolitas

There is. It's an unreleased Guy J tune. I asked him about it yonks ago and he said it (and track 12 mentioned below) would be released on his 2nd album. They weren't. Looks like they ain't ever coming out.
