I just feel sorry for him in the sense that due to the horrific plane crash he had major anxiety issues and he needed meds. That a difficult situation to be in, and without a solid recovery program and support program most addicts tend to relapse. I'm sure the guilt after relapsing after 11 years clean was alot to bare too. unless you have lived with addiction or watch a loved one suffer it's hard to understand the decisions one makes.
