It amazes me that people still do it. Even with the police crack down recently. I still see loads of people doing it. They really should treat these people more like drunk drivers.

Wow....that's a very powerful ad.

I will admit that now and then I have texted while driving, but its never been on the highway (not that it makes it better). I don't think I will be doing it again though.....I think it was the child in the back asking her parents to wake up that got to me the most. Hopefully this ad gets through to other people as well

i'm totally against it and have a strange habbit to yell at some friend of mine, or whoever is driving, when he/she starts using the cell phone, no matter if its texting or talking without the handsfree, i just hate it! Cuz being a driver myself and a terrible addict on the cell phone, i know how my attention gets distracted when i even think of taking my cellphone in one and driving with another hand, not to mention texting.. i cannot say i didnt try, and i did it a couple of times cuz it was hellofanurgent, but it sucks!!!
And its NOT about being smart or not smart, being able or not able, being a female or a male... its a fact that it distracts the course of your thoughts and traffic needs all of it!!! i'm sorry a lot of things like this still happen...

My brother in law was close to being hit directly in the driver side door at 80kmp/h by someone appartently texting while driving. The driver sped through the red light and slammed into the front of his car as he was entering the intersection. If he'd gone a fraction faster into the intersection he would've been t-boned. He walked away from it but now has back and neck pain.

Def one of the most graphic and powerful psa's I've ever seen. I hope the message gets accross as most people think it won't happen to them. Worse is that they could kill or seriously harm someone else.
I saw a car go through the front window of a pub because she was talking on the cell and went through a red. Dumb, shakes head!

Even my stupid friends don't think about using a phone when driving. Shame that you are always at the mercy of other drivers on the road. Be safe guys

some kent in front of me was texting today on the way home from work. She was going 10 mph and swerving into the next lane, the flow of traffic was about 40 mph. I can't believe people.

A woman here killed someone while she was texting. Not only killed someone, apparently she tried to kill herself because of it, so ruined her life as well. And of of course both families !!

I believe they are going to use at least part of that ad here.

My company showed us this in a meeting today. The lifeless baby will be stuck in my head for days. Chilling and powerful ad but reality for sure.
