Glad I'm not alone in feeling that way. i was in shock at some of the tracks he played almost hard to believe it was the same DJ. Part 1 was fantastic though.

Pappa is weird like that, once he goes past a certain hour he has a bad habit of banging it out and losing the groove.

I got pics and video. But I will upload them in the morning. I need to smoke this nice phat joint and just close my eyes and replay the amazingness in my head.

That JJJ mixup set he did in july was so awesome, I was expecting more from a 4 hour set. Good observation Feather it's spot on

^^ A three hour set from him is just perfect! Anything over that tends to lose me.

Gotta jump on this one... Pappa was always in my top 5 dj's and then couple years back it went downhill. Haven't heard a brilliant set from him in a while but I still have my hopes up

This set is solid....some of the track selection is out there but whats wrong with variety? That first track was a shocker

Some good observations in this thread. Pappa's always been one of my fav. djs but one thing I have noticed over the last couple of years especially is that he tends to ramp up the energy quite quickly in his sets. This has an awesome effect on the dancefloor when you see him live but it tends to give him little room for direction in a longer set.

                                Just my 2c..
