I´ve always liked Appleblim´s Dubstep All Stars cd also a guy here made a dubstep mix about a year ago that was pretty trippy can´t remember his name but his last name was Doty.
You can´t get darker than Shackleton though. But I´d hardly call him dubstep anymore. I don´t think what he´s doing can even be classified, unless "brilliant" is a genre.
Anyway, it´s not the 1st time I say this on this forum, check out Shackleton, and while you´re at it, check out anythinh on the Mordant Music label.
